Joyce has extensive experience in program development and management, including more than 14 years at Babson College’s Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business where she also served as assistant dean in the Office of Program Management and as Assistant Director of the Asia Institute. While at Babson, Joyce worked with faculty to design, develop, and deliver the school’s innovative graduate school curriculum; acted as an advisor to all students; and helped coordinate the educational experience of international graduate students.
